In these terms, "we", "us" and "Kanak India" mean Kanak India Sales Service, a proprietary firm registered in Pune, Maharashtra, India (GSTIN 27BCCPS4949F1ZA).
1. Who we are
Kanak India Sales Service operates three divisions: Kanak India Technology, Kanak India Gifting and Kanak India AI. Certification courses are supplied through Kanak India Technology. 2. Using this website
You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit unlawful, harmful or misleading material.
All content on this website — text, images, layout, logos and design — belongs to Kanak India Sales Service or is used with permission. Third-party trademarks, including those of Unity, Microsoft, Cisco, Autodesk, AWS and SanDisk, belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the products and certifications we supply.
3. Certification courses
Through Kanak India Technology we make available globally valid certification courses from third-party technology companies, including Unity, Microsoft, Cisco, Autodesk and AWS.
We are a facilitator and authorised supplier. We do not set, administer or grade the examinations, and we are not the certifying body. The certification partner's own terms, scheduling rules, validity periods and results policies apply to the certification itself.
All displayed prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of 18% GST. Prices are subject to change. The price shown at the time you complete payment is the price that applies to your order.
4. Online payments
This website processes online payments securely through Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited). When you choose to buy a package, you will be asked for your name, email address and mobile number. You are then taken through Razorpay's checkout where you can pay by credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking or any other method Razorpay makes available.
Kanak India Sales Service does not receive, store or process your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. Those details are entered directly into and handled by Razorpay. Razorpay's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern their handling of your payment data.
An order is confirmed once Razorpay reports a successful payment to our system. You will receive a confirmation email and your course access or voucher details within 4 hours of a confirmed payment. If your payment fails or is declined, no amount is charged and you may try again.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Because certification course access, practice-test licences and exam vouchers are digital products delivered immediately upon order confirmation, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once course access or a voucher has been issued, except in the circumstances below.
We will issue a full refund if:
- ✓We are unable to deliver the course access, practice-test licence or exam voucher within 7 calendar days of confirmed payment
- ✓The certification partner cancels the examination programme entirely
- ✓A technical error on our platform caused a duplicate charge
To request a refund under the above circumstances, email kanakindiass@gmail.com with your order reference number within 7 days of the triggering event. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
6. Institutional MOUs
Where we work with an institution under a Memorandum of Understanding, the terms of that MOU govern the arrangement between us and the institution, and take precedence over this page in respect of batch enrolments, institutional rates and on-campus testing.
7. Course Counsellor programme
Course Counsellors (CCs) who refer paying students through their personal referral link earn a commission as stated in the CC programme terms. Commissions are calculated on the net amount received by Kanak India after any applicable coupon discounts. TDS at the applicable rate under the Income Tax Act (currently 10% under Section 194H on annual commissions exceeding ₹10,000) will be deducted before settlement. CC programme terms, commission rates and payout schedules are subject to change with reasonable notice.
8. Communications
By placing an order or sending an enquiry, you agree that we may contact you by email, telephone or WhatsApp about that order or enquiry. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time. Transactional messages related to an active order cannot be suppressed.
9. Quotations for hardware, labs and gifting
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to supply hardware, laboratory installations, VR arenas or gifting programmes. Those are supplied under a separate written quotation, purchase order or agreement, which will state its own commercial terms, delivery schedule and warranty position.
10. Warranty on supplied goods
Hardware and products we supply carry the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist with warranty claims, but the manufacturer's terms determine what is covered and for how long. We give no warranty beyond that unless we have agreed one in writing.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an online purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity or examination results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Third-party links
This website links to products operated by Kanak India AI on their own domains, and to third-party sites including Razorpay. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any site we link to.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
