It is 400 kits that have to reach eleven cities before the same Monday. It is a logo that has to sit correctly on six different materials. It is a purchase order that needs a GST invoice from a registered vendor.
That operational half is what we take on. You approve the selection and the branding; we handle sourcing, sampling, customisation, kitting, quality checks, packing and despatch — with one person accountable for the whole run.
As part of Kanak India Sales Service, every order is invoiced by a GeM and MSME registered supplier, which keeps finance and procurement satisfied.

Employee welcome kits
The kit a new joiner opens on day one. Typically a branded bag or box holding a notebook, pen, drinkware, a tech accessory and a welcome note — assembled, sealed and shipped to the office or directly to the employee's home address.
Assembled to your headcount forecast, with buffer stock held for off-cycle joiners.
Festive & milestone gifting
Diwali and new-year hampers, work-anniversary gifts, long-service awards and performance recognition. Tiered by band where you need it, so the same programme covers the shop floor and the leadership team without looking like two different things.
Planned six to eight weeks ahead so festive supply and courier capacity are locked early.
Branded tech accessories
The category we are strongest in, because the parent company already supplies it — storage, audio, power banks, chargers, cables, desk tech and laptop accessories, branded and packaged as gifts. Authorised SanDisk reseller, so storage comes with real warranty.
